How long does shipping take?
Prebuilt PCs ship in 1–3 business days. Custom builds receive a timeline before payment depending on parts and build time.
Is my system insured during shipping?
Yes, all systems are fully insured and ship from Maryland with professional packaging for maximum protection.

Your PC includes setup instructions, power cable, WiFi/Bluetooth adapter, and protective internal packaging.
How are builds tested?
Every system is stress-tested using OCCT, gameplay testing, and thermal validation to ensure stable performance.
What is your return policy?
Prebuilt PCs are returnable within 14 days. Custom builds are final sale unless damaged or defective.
